Super Bowl Sunday with RITZ Crackers

Have you seen the fun comment box in my blog this week? Guy Fieri asking our favorite game day foods? Please share yours! I am participating to a RITZ campaign showcasing the variety of snacks you can make with RITZ crackers and how RITZ teamed up with Guy Fieri to create several recipes to make with America’s beloved RITZ crackers. You can get Guy’s recipes for RITZ Cheese stake sliders, Southern BBQ bites and Asian Shrimp Toppers and many more, and test them yourself. Submit your own favorites at RITZ Crackers Facebook page and enter to win $20K. I admit – I went to store last weekend to buy ingredients for a few new RITZ recipes for Super Bowl Sunday, but… our family of five ate all of the RITZ crackers this week prior Super Bowl Sunday! With kids’ school lunches, easy snack after school, cheese & crackers & wine for after dinner enjoyment – all gone.

OUR FAMILY’S FAVORITES!

I developed a Goat Cheese Beets RITZ Crackers recipe this week. I love goat cheese and beets, and this makes an elegant party food for adult taste. It’s very inexpensive, yet good quality goat cheese makes it feel fancier. I used orange marmalade balsamic vinegar spread to give it nice tangy taste. Did you know that RITZ has several varieties of crackers? We discovered the Brown Sugar Cinnamon RITZ this week, and they are amazing!! We combined apple slices and Cabot Cheese Seriously Sharp Cheddar with the Brown Sugar Cinnamon RITZ crackers – it’s like two bite apple pie, but much healthier! What are some of your favorite ways to enjoy RITZ crackers? Full disclosure: RITZ is an advertiser of my blog, but they did not ask me to blog about them. My opinions are my own. , ,
