Don’t worry about being so formal. Agreed – spending time with family and friends is more important that focusing on everything being perfect. Less stress and more fun! Don’t worry about dressing up. While dressing up and making it festive is one of my favorite parts of the Holidays, it also adds to the stress, and sometimes it is nice just to focus on having a good time. Don’t worry about impressing but focus on good food without being elaborate. Yes, it’s all about good food! And instead of trying to make several different complicated dishes with expensive ingredients, focus on making a few great dishes and make them well.
