Cocktails & Dreams: Pimm’s Cup in London

Today I’m dreaming of spending a day driving around London in a cute Mini Cooper only to realize that the driving on the wrong side of the street isn’t for me, but I should stick to shopping and drinking. I think the one day I actually visit London, I will skip the driving all together, and focus on the other two. One drink that is more London than anything else (I hear) is Pimm’s No 1 Cup, it’s an English summer drink only second to tea in popularity. Pimm’s Cup is traditionally linked to Wimbledon, and they serve hundred’s of thousands of Pimm’s Cups during Wimbledon, but I could have one even on the Diamond Jubilee week, like right now, to celebrate the Queen. Dream responsibly. I try.

  1. I’ve never heard of this, but the ingredients sound good. I will have to try this next time I visit London.
