Spectacular July 4 Savings at The Homestead, A Luxury Resort and Spa

Imagine the beauty of fireworks with Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains as the backdrop this Independence Day. Since 1766, ten years before America declared Independence, The Homestead has shown guests the essence of Southern hospitality. Nestled in the Virginia countryside with the splendor of the Allegheny Mountains, this resort has welcomed 22 U.S. presidents and celebrates America’s birthday with a bang. With a $25 million revitalization plan under way that includes new pool amenities already open to enjoy, The Homestead is gearing up for a weeklong Fourth of July celebration with special rates beginning at $275. The holiday week will kick off with a grand family cookout that will include a tasting of regional wines, craft beers, and artisan spirits, and lots of musical entertainment throughout the holiday week. On Independence Day, the festivities will conclude with a breathtaking fireworks display. The Homestead seems like the most perfect place to celebrate America’s Independence. Unfortunately, I am not able to be there this holiday, but I do plan to visit in August before my son goes back to school. I cannot wait. Happy Fourth of July! Where will you be traveling this holiday?
