Live life to the fullest: Shake it Off

Shake it off

Taylor Swift just released the perfect song to get you pumped up, and to remember to shake it off when people treat you badly, or even when you just had a bad day. There is always a silver-lining, and the real person in the charge of your own happiness is YOU, not anyone else. I have a bad habit to dwell on things and try to make everything perfect. I also like to find inspiration from world travels and from deep conversations. But sometimes… you just need to let the song your kids are listening to to remind yourself to shake it off, and focus on the positive, and maybe even get up and do a few dance moves… I admit, the song and Taylor’s attitude are catchy. 1. I think the best challenges facing life are a “positive attitude and do not let you overwhelm to be too afraid to move forward. So many people focus on the downside (of life) and stay there, thinking and feeling negative. I think one should deal with challenges straightforwardly, pick oneself up, dust oneself off and move on. Sometimes I put issues in perspective by asking myself, ‘What is the worst thing that could happen?’ ” that How to live life to the fullest and focus on the positive?
