Moving! Fresh start! New place to decorate! I am determined to show that apartment living can be stylish and you can make an apartment your home. To be quite honest, after owning a few houses, the apartment living hasn’t been an easy transition for me (who loves tearing down carpet and painting walls and redoing the kitchen). But we just got keys to our new apartment, and I am excited to share how I will transform this place in the upcoming months. And this time our apartment.. it actually is quite nice even though small. My favorite features of the new apartment: high ceiling in the living room (& loft), wood floors, granite counter tops and the fireplace. My kids love the pool cross the street, and they don’t mind that they need to share a room in our small new home.

That pool looks like tons of fun…and is that a tennis court over to the left? It appears that you won’t be lacking in the “hobby” department. :)

Very nice! I wouldn’t mind living in that apt…especially with a pool nearby that you don’t have to maintain..lol
