New feature: Swe-DISHES with Skimbaco, Nordic Food Series Coming Soon

I’m busy cooking something new. Literally. I’m so happy to be out of our New York apartment and have a larger kitchen and a space to take food photography, and I can’t wait to start sharing more some of our family’s favorite recipes, and new recipes I am inspired to try now when living back in Scandinavia. I was talking about this with a few friends, and Dawn of Party Bluprints said “you should name it Swe-DISHES!” And so here we are… Stay tuned, the first Swe-DISHES with Skimbaco post is coming soon.
