I know – you are anxious to know about our weekend!
Where did we go?
We visited a friend of mine, Jessica, in Washington DC area.
We drove trough the beautiful foliage of New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, and I’m sure you’re ready to see lots of pictures of our trip.
Our families finally met, we met each other’s kids and husbands, hung out, enjoyed backyard BBQ and loved seeing our kids bonding the same way we have for months online. Oh, those Kodak moments!

It was such a fast weekend, it took us 5,5 hours to drive (one way) and the rest of the time we really just had fun. It was a relaxing, hanging out with family and friends weekend, and while me & Jessica did sit on the couch next to each others twittering & working, most of the time it was just being goofy and having fun with the kids.
While this blogging thing is important to me, and I even often think when something great (or bad) happens “this will make a great blog post!” I have a confession… this weekend I turned my blogger’s brain off and just had fun with family and friends.
