Luxury Spa Photos For Ideas and Inspiration

I recently visited The Lodge at Woodloch in Pennsylvania, a destination spa and you can read more about my trip at Skimbaco Lifestyle, but I wanted to share some photos of the building itself – maybe they will give you some decorating ideas for your traditional style home! The architecture of the spa resort was contemporary lodge style that fits perfectly in the natural settings of the Pocono Mountains. High vaulted ceilings, large windows that show the gorgeous view, and the large building blends in the nature well. The decoration is quite traditional though – comfy leather sofas, and chandeliers that mimic the old French style chandeliers. The foyer chandelier is amazing and the handmade iron chandelier is actually made in France.

Inbuilt bookshelves that work as a divider and bring coziness to the game room with high vaulted ceiling and natural stone wall.

The ceiling wood work in the ceiling is quite stunning.

Less is more even in traditional style.

I like how the green arm chairs pop againts the carpet. What I don’t like though is the too small table in the middle.

Right lighting really makes a difference in rooms with high ceilings. More pictures below.
