Zurich’s Baur au Lac hotel created this perfect end-of-summer cocktail, “Pineapple Fusion.”
PINEAPPLE FUSION COCKTAIL
Place 6 or 7 slices of fresh pineapple and 1 teaspoon of sugar into a glass
Muddle the pineapple and sugar to release the pineapple juice
Add 2 ounces vodka and 1 ounce lime juice and shake
Garnish with 2 stalks of lemongrass
Baur au Lac hotel was voted ‘Top Hotel in Zurich’ in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2011 Gold List and it’s close to Zurich’s world-famous Bahnhofstrasse, the central Paradeplatz and Lake Zurich.
